We are Colombian Coffee specialists. Colco Coffee began in a Colombian farm in Salazar, Norte de Santander with Don Jose and remains a family business.

Colco's top priority is to ensuring the correct roasts are performed to bring out the best flavours in every bean. Thats what makes a great cup of coffee after all. Every bean, every crop is cared for following the same principles they have used for generations. There are many different flavours per Roaster and their Master Roaster Angela has perfected her skills and has developed her own unique methods. Angela grew up spending her time on a Coffee Plantation in Colombia, and is able to identify the subtleties in each bean and truly encompasses what it means to be a Coffee Roaster. They offer Colombian based roast for various other coffee beans from around the world.
