What?

When roasting the El Jaguar Dark Roast Mexican coffee, we listen for the second crackle. Producing a coffee that certainly wowed both our customers and team in a blind tasting.

This El Jaguar Dark Roast coffee comes from a group of small producers in Mexico.

Where?

This coffee comes from the high-altitude area of the Sierra Madre, bordering the biosphere reserve El Trifuno. The weather is humid with lots of shade, cool conditions at night and excellent soil, which together create a perfect environment for the development of specialty coffee.

Who?

A small group of producers harvest and process the El Jaguar.

How?

Following harvesting, it is de-pulped, fermented and washed, before it is sun-dried.
